Return & Rescheduling Policy – Paper & Onyx E-Design Services & Consultations

Due to the nature of our services—whether delivered digitally, in person, or via virtual consultation—all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes e-design packages and consultations conducted online (e.g., via Zoom) or in person.

We understand that schedules can shift, and we aim to accommodate your needs within reason. If a consultation needs to be rescheduled, we’re happy to make reasonable adjustments, provided sufficient notice is given. Clear communication allows us to provide the best service possible while respecting your time and ours.

While refunds are not offered, we do include clarification and minor adjustments within the scope of your selected package to ensure your experience is seamless and aligned with your design vision.
