Design Concept

The Modern Chic design project focuses on revitalizing a neglected home environment by blending style and serenity. The goal was to infuse thoughtfulness and warmth into the space, ensuring it feels welcoming. Attention to detail and strategic color choices transformed the atmosphere into a luxurious yet peaceful retreat.

Key to this transformation was the careful selection of color palettes and materials. Neutral tones paired with vibrant pops added visual interest. Greenery linked the indoor and outdoor environments, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

Stylish furniture with clean lines replaced outdated pieces, enhancing both beauty and comfort. Every accessory contributes to a narrative of sophistication, making the space invigorating yet serene.

The transformation of a small spare bedroom into a dual-use room showcases a professional and chic office space by day and a cool, masculine bedroom as needed. This design was thoughtfully executed in anticipation of the client’s future plans to turn the home into an Airbnb, thereby adding more sleeping areas. The clever utilization of this small extra space not only maximizes function but does so without compromising on style, ensuring that whether it serves as a workspace or a cozy retreat, it radiates an inviting appeal.

We went bold in the office/space bedroom, painting the room a black and adding unique accents in the lighting, art, drapery, and furnishings. The bed was hidden in a murphy bed cabinet that also ave the room ample storage.
